Each case is different, however the second session to complete typical dental implant treatment can be carried out after a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months from the initial procedure. Exceeding the 6-month period (remaining with temporary teeth for too long) could compromise the success of the implant treatment. Exceptions are made in cases where the responsible doctor has recommended an extension of the waiting period due to specific circumstances (e.g., bone reconstruction).
