A dental implant in Albania costs €300 to €450 at Elonix Dental Clinic in Tirana, or €450 to €650 with the zirconia crown included. A full All-on-4 arch is €5,000 to €7,000 and All-on-6 is €6,500 to €9,000 per arch. The same work costs €1,500 to €3,000 per implant and €12,000 to €25,000 per arch in the UK, Germany or Italy, so most patients save 50 to 70% after flights and hotel. Below: the full 2026 price list, what each figure includes, how the two-visit process works, and the questions to ask any clinic before you book.

Where a price is a range, the range exists because the work genuinely varies: bone quality, how many teeth need extracting, whether a graft is needed. Your written plan turns the range into a single fixed figure before you book a flight.

Why implants cost less in Albania

The implants and crowns are the same categories of product used in Western Europe. The difference is overhead: clinic rents, salaries and insurance in Tirana are a fraction of those in London or Milan, and Elonix makes its own crowns and bridges in an in-house laboratory instead of paying an outside lab. Those savings are passed on in the price list above.

Who places the implants

At Elonix, implant and bone surgery is performed by one of five oral and maxillofacial surgeons, in one of seven surgical rooms. Implant planning uses CBCT imaging; implant positions are recorded with the PIC Dental photogrammetry system to within 10 microns, which reduces the adjustments needed when the final bridge is fitted. Fifteen specialised dentists handle the restorative side. The clinic has 26 treatment units in total.

How the two-visit process works

  1. Before you travel. Send a panoramic X-ray or clear photos through the quote form. Our doctors review them and send a written plan and a fixed price in euro. There is no charge for this.
  2. First visit, one to two days. Extractions if needed, implant placement, any grafting, and a temporary bridge so you leave Tirana with teeth. You are collected at the airport and, on treatments over €3,000, your hotel for up to four nights is included for you and a guest.
  3. Healing, three to six months. The implants fuse with the bone while you are at home.
  4. Second visit. The final zirconia bridge or crowns, made in our laboratory, are fitted and adjusted while you are here. Up to seven hotel nights are included on qualifying treatments.

Elonix gives a 5-year warranty on its work. On treatment plans over €5,000 the clinic also refunds your first round-trip flight or ferry ticket up to €200. Details are on the accommodations page.

The benefits that matter after the price

  • Bone preservation. An implant loads the jaw the way a root does, which slows the bone loss that follows an extraction and gives dentures their sunken look.
  • Neighbouring teeth stay untouched. Unlike a bridge on natural teeth, an implant does not require grinding down the teeth either side.
  • Fixed, not removable. All-on-4 and All-on-6 bridges are screwed to the implants. You eat, speak and clean them like your own teeth.
  • Longevity. With normal hygiene, implants are a long-term solution rather than a repeat purchase.

Questions to ask any clinic before you book

  • Who places the implant: a surgeon or a general dentist?
  • Is the crown price included, or quoted separately?
  • Where is the crown made, and how long does an adjustment take?
  • What imaging is used to plan the case?
  • Is the quote written and fixed before travel?
  • What is the warranty, and for how long?

Elonix’s answers: a maxillofacial surgeon; included where the row says so; in our own laboratory, same day; CBCT; yes; five years.

Frequently asked questions

How much do full-mouth dental implants cost in Albania?

Two All-on-4 arches at Elonix are €10,000 to €14,000 in total. Two All-on-6 arches are €13,000 to €18,000. See the full-mouth reconstruction page for how complex cases are planned.

Is the price per implant or per tooth?

Per implant. A single missing tooth needs one implant plus one crown, so €450 to €650 all in. A full arch does not need one implant per tooth; All-on-4 supports a full bridge on four.

How many trips to Tirana are needed?

Two for implant cases: placement, then the final bridge after three to six months of healing.
